How to Apply for Brokers

We accept business from Appointed Representatives (ARs) and Directly Authorised (DA) intermediaries. However you must be registered via a Network or a Mortgage Club to submit a Decision in Principle of Application to us.

Application Options

Online Applications

The quickest and most efficient method of submitting applications is via our Online Broker Portal for all mortgage types. In the portal you can complete a DIP and Mortgage Application. You can also attach supporting documentation to the application by the use of a secure document upload facility.

Email Applications

You can also submit a Decision in Principle (DIP) and a Mortgage Application by email* using the application forms available on this page.

* Please be aware emails cannot exceed 10 Mb

Broker Online

To register to submit business you will need to complete a one-time ‘straight through’ registration by clicking on the Broker Online Portal icon.

Once registered you can create client information, submit a DIP, Mortgage Application and securely upload documents for your clients using the same icon.

Open Banking
