What are you looking for?

Branch update: All of our branches will open at 11.15am on Wednesday 23rd September. This is to allow colleagues to take part in training. We’re investing this time for our colleagues so that they can continue to deliver the best possible service for our members.

You can access your balance, send messages and request payments through our Chorley Online service. Phone lines will also be open as usual, from 9.45am.

We have updated our Chorley Online system. 

Our Members will have received communication with full details and any actions that are required. We have prepared FAQs and helpful guide videos which can be viewed here
