Intermediary help

Product switch or variation for an existing customer?

If you want to help an existing Chorley Building Society customer switch to a new scheme, we will pay you a 0.30% procuration fee upon completion of their switch.

From 3rd August 2026 you can use our Broker Online Portal to apply for a Product Switch or Variation for your client. You will be able to access an ESIS and if you want to proceed the system will generate an offer for you and your clients.

The portal will show you all products available to your client based on their loan type and loan to value.
