The cost of living in the UK is continuing to increase, affecting us all.

There are many charities and organisations that offer free independent advice, which may be able to help you if you are starting to struggle financially.

StepChange are a debt charity that can give free independent practical advice if you need help with your finances.
The Citizens Advice offer free impartial and confidential advice relating to cost of living, debt, benefits and more.
MoneyHelper provides free and impartial advice on everything from budgeting and saving, to work, benefits, housing and mortgages, and is open to everyone.
Business Debtline is a specialist charity providing free help and assistance to the self-employed and small businesses
Payplan offer free independent debt advice and can offer support if you are struggling to keep up with debt repayments.
