Our professional mortgage products are designed to support newly qualified professional applicants, who meet our approved list of roles and criteria requirements*.  These mortgage products allow enhanced income multipliers up to a maximum of 6 x incomes, subject to the Society’s criteria and affordability assessment. 
A low start option is available for the first 5 years, enabling you to repay the mortgage on an ‘interest only’ option, which can help to lower the monthly payment in the first 5 years.
