Borrowers who may be experiencing mortgage payment difficulties as a result of Coronavirus should contact us at the earliest opportunity to discuss the range of payment options available. This can be done by completing this form and emailing to email@example.com When this has been received, the Society will confirm next steps to you.
IS YOUR PAYMENT HOLIDAY COMING TO AN END?
In the month before your payment holiday ends, we will write to you informing you of your new payment and other options there are available if you require additional support. Once you have received your letter you can complete this form to advise of your preferences. When this has been received, we’ll be in touch as required.
BRANCH OPENING HOURS – UPDATE
Our Leyland Branch Opening hours are 9am-1pm Monday-Friday.
Our Key House Branch opening hours are 10am-2pm Monday-Friday with the ‘Drive-Thru’ also operating at these times.
Social distancing measures are in place for the safety of our members and colleagues.
Our High Street branch currently remains closed.
Any guidance or updates that further impact on the service we offer will be posted here on our website and on our social media platforms as well as in Key House branch.
