We’re very proud to announce that we have been awarded a five star rating in the Mortgage Broker Feedback survey for the second time in a row.
The survey, which is conducted by Smart Money People twice a year, received feedback from almost 500 brokers for 54 different lenders. Chorley Building Society was one of only four lenders to achieve the five star rating.
In the H1 2020 and the H2 2020 surveys, Chorley Building Society achieved the 5 star rating.

As well as achieving the five star rating, Chorley Building Society also received the highest Net Promoter Score from all the lenders in the survey, including large national banks and building societies.
