Underwriting Completed
When the valuation report has been received, we will complete our underwriting processes and pass the case for offer. We will contact you, within 48 hours of receipt of the valuation report to confirm this.
Mortgage Offer
A copy of the mortgage offer and valuation report will be posted to you and your client. The solicitor copy is uploaded to them on the STARs system.
Completion
Once completion has taken place your procuration fee will be issued within 7 working days.
