Fair Value Assessment Forms

Chorley Building Society has implemented the Fair Value Assessment Forms across the core mortgage range, that the Building Societies Association (BSA) as part of a cross sector working group recently developed. These forms are to help brokers meet their obligations under the Consumer Duty.

We will continue to review the design of all our mortgage products and customer journeys as part of our ongoing commitment to Consumer Duty.
