Broker Online Availability Update

We are upgrading our Broker Online service on Monday 3^rd August. Brokers will have received emails from us with details on any actions that are required to be taken.

The new system will: 

• Allow Brokers, Admin, Packagers and Supervisors to register on the system 

• Give an instant decision once you have keyed your Decision in Principle 

• Provider clearer, intuitive workflows, allowing you to upload documents and communicate with your individual underwriter  

• Allow you to search for solicitors to use on the case 

• Enable you to pay fees to move the application forward more quickly 

• Track the case all the way through to completion 

You can no longer log in to Broker Online whilst the upgrade is underway, and you will be able to access the new system from Tuesday 4^th August.
