Broker Online is Chorley Building Society’s upgraded digital mortgage application platform, designed to make it easier for brokers to submit and manage applications online.
The platform provides a simpler, more efficient way to complete applications, upload supporting information and track progress throughout the mortgage journey.
We have upgraded Broker Online to enhance the broker experience by making our application process more streamlined, improving visibility of case progress and reducing the need for manual administration.
Broker Online FAQs
You will need to register to use Broker Online (even if you were registered on our old system) we have a guide to help you with this which can be found here
Once registered, you can access Broker Online using your secure login details.
If you have forgotten your password, please use the password reset option on the login page.
Broker Online allows you to:
- Submit new enquiries, Decision in Principle requests and Mortgage Applications
- Create stand-alone ESIS documents
- Complete application details online
- Upload supporting documents
- View case progress
- Respond to requests for further information
- Manage your submitted applications through to completion
- Communicate directly with the Underwriter on your cases
Our lending criteria and assessment process remain unchanged. Broker Online improves the way applications are submitted and managed, creating a smoother digital experience for you.

Yes. Broker Online provides visibility of your submitted cases, including updates and any actions required.
Supporting documents can be uploaded securely within the relevant application. Providing complete information helps us progress applications as efficiently as possible.
If we need additional information or documentation, you will receive both an email to your registered address, and a notification through Broker Online, detailing the required information. Once you log into Broker Online, you will be able to review the request and provide answers or upload additional documentation.

Before submitting applications, please ensure you:
- Have completed your registration
- Have access to your login details
- Have reviewed the available guidance materials
- Are familiar with the new online application journey
- Have all your customer information to hand
- Clearly label the documents being uploaded and include all the documents requested after your DIP has been accepted
Yes. Broker Online allows registered intermediaries to submit Product Transfer (also referred to as a Product Switch) applications for eligible existing Chorley Building Society mortgage customers.
To complete a Product Transfer:
Confirm your client is eligible for a Product Transfer.
- Select the most appropriate product from the available Product Switch range.
- Log into Broker Online and complete the Product Transfer application.
- Submit the application along with any information requested.
- You and your customer will immediately receive an offer which can be accepted either online, or by signing a paper based acceptance form.
- Once the acceptance is received this will be scheduled for completion.
- Your customer will receive confirmation of their new payment 1 month in advance of the switch taking place.
Important Information
- If you were not the customer’s original mortgage broker, Chorley Building Society will contact the customer to obtain consent before the application can proceed.
- Procuration fees are payable on eligible Product Transfers once the switch has completed.
- If you require details of your customer’s existing mortgage before selecting a new product, you can submit an Information Request before completing the Product Transfer application.
