The Operations Team are recruiting for an Intermediary Telephone Support and Case Processor.
The role will work within the BDM team and alongside the Underwriting team to manage intermediary business enquiries via the telephone and the submission of business for our intermediary channel. Actively managing the workflow and pipeline to ensure Service Levels are met.
This support role will be at the heart of our intermediary business and play a vital role in delivering an outstanding experience to our brokers.
Ce-MAP is desirable and support will be provided to the successful candidate in studying for Ce-MAP if they do not already have the qualification.
