Interest is calculated on a daily basis and paid at the close of business on the maturity of the account on the 30th June 2020.
At maturity your account will automatically transfer to our easy access Chorleian Share Account.
This account has a variable rate of interest and is subject to changes; this means we may increase or decrease interest rates at any time; if we reduce the interest rate we will give you 14 days notification prior to the change and 30 day option from the notification to switch your account.

Based on the current rate of interest, if you deposited £250 on the 1st of July 2019 and on the 1st of each subsequent month in this account, at the end of the fixed term period you would have £3040.62.
This figure is for illustration purposes and is based on no withdrawals or changes in interest rate within the 12 month period.
You must be an existing Chorley Building Society member, who has held an open account with us for 12 months prior to the opening of this product, aged 18 or over and a UK resident.

The maximum monthly deposit is £250.00 per month. Backdated monthly deposits are not allowed.
Only one Members Regular Saver Issue 2 (Fixed Term from 01/07/2019 to 30/06/2020) or one Regular Saver Issue 2 (Fixed Term 01/07/2019 to 30/06/2020) can be held per customer

No withdrawals or early closure are allowed within the fixed rate term, except in the event of the death of the account holder.
The account will mature on the close of business on the 30th June 2020. The account balance will then be available on the next working day. ‘Working day’ means a day other than a Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holidays).
We will contact you at least 14 days prior to maturity to advise you of the maturity date and provide options available at that time.
If you take no action on maturity the balance will be automatically transferred into an easy access Chorleian Share Account within the Society bearing the account holder’s name. Please refer to the Society’s Savings Accounts Terms and Conditions for further detail.
At that time you may withdraw by cash, cheque or CHAPs (subject to a £25 fee). Cheques will be issued within 48 hours of receipt and posted 1st class to the account holder.

Internal transfers from other Chorley Building Society accounts are not allowed.
This is a limited issue and the Society reserves the right to withdraw this product without notice at any time. Whether you need to pay tax is dependent on your own personal circumstances and may be subject to change in the future.
