Contribution towards Legal Fees The Society will pay the applications Legal Fees up to a maximum of £123.92 in England and Wales and £240.00 in Scotland. This excludes disbursements.
No Application Fee There is no Application Fee payable for this product.
Refund of Valuation Fee The Valuation Fee will be refunded upon completion. This is up to a maximum of £225.00 in England and Wales and £107.00 in Scotland.
Scheme Fee There is no scheme fee payable for this product.

A standard mortgage valuation is required on all properties.
Early Repayment Charge 2.54% of the redemption balance for 5 years.
Overpayments The Society will allow overpayments of up to 10% of the capital balance per annum without invoking an early repayment charge
Portability You can keep this mortgage should you move to a new property. This mortgage is portable subject to your status meeting our criteria.
Insurance Buildings insurance is compulsory in all instances, the Society will require a copy of the customer’s policy in advance of completion.
Representative Example The following is a representative example based on a mortgage of £159,144 payable over 25 years initially on a discounted variable rate of 2.70% for 5 years followed by our Standard Variable Rate of 5.24%. In this example you would make an initial payment of £847.50 then 59 monthly payments of £730.10 followed by 240 monthly payments of £911.40.

The total amount payable would be £263,264.40 made up of the loan amount plus interest of £103,515.40, a CHAPS fee (£25.00), a Mortgage Exit Administration Fee (£75.00),

Standard Valuation Fee (£175.00) and a Separate Representation Fee (£330.00).

The overall cost for comparison is 4.4% APRC representative.
