In this example you would make an initial payment of £1,030.85 then 59 monthly payments of £734.70 followed by 240 monthly payments of £957.00.
The total amount payable would be £274,688.15 made up of the loan amount plus interest of £113,919.15 a CHAPS fee (£25.00), a Mortgage Exit Administration Fee (£75.00), Standard Valuation Fee (£200.00) and a Separate Representation Fee (£330.00).
